Beginning in 2005, Morrison Property Maintenance started servicing the basic lawn care, landscape, and snow removal needs for property owners and managers in Livingston County. Dedication to our customer's properties, timely service, and the desire to grow led us to expand with landscape design and installations. Our well-trained and licensed staff implements the best green industry practices and uses the latest materials to develop beautiful and functional landscapes. Our well-maintained and up-to-date equipment allows us to be effective and punctual when developing and maintaining our clients' properties, giving you, the customer, a satisfactory experience throughout every season.

How We Started Our Landscape Business

In the summer of 1998, I had just finished the 10th grade, and it was also my first season mowing lawns. I was aspiring to be a CAD major in college, so my curriculum consisted of drafting and design classes. I was awarded the Livingston County home builders scholarship after graduation and enrolled at Eastern Michigan with a major in CAD. While halfway into my 3rd year of college, I realized the cubicle life was not for me. Having spent the last six seasons mowing lawns and doing landscaping, I felt an unusual comfort in the physical nature of that business. Being an entrepreneur and self-employed had 100% of my attention. I finished my fall semester in 2004 and started Morrison Property Maintenance in January of 2005.
